Mireia Pascual

Girona native and Barcelona local, Mireia is a passionate foodie and sommelier dedicated to sharing her knowledge of Catalan culinary traditions with gourmet travelers. With her as your guide you’ll discover the best-kept secrets of Barcelona, enjoy authentic dining experiences and learn some of the traditional recipes she prepares at home for her young son.


Born in Valls, the Catalan town famous for being the hometown of the exquisit calçots and the tradtional human towers. Adrià, moved to Barcelona several years ago and he already considers it his city. His first approach to the gastronomic experiences was in Bogotá, Colombia, where he started his own food tours business. Back in Barcelona,he decided he wanted to keep guiding travellers to a delightful and unique journey.
